Tyler Hellweg - Principal Architect

“Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.” – Leonardo da Vinci

Following a childhood spent building forts out of branches and rocks in the woods behind his home, Tyler received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Hammons School of Architecture at Drury University. Since graduation, he has gained experience working on a broad range of project sizes and types at various practices throughout the country.
With a passion for socially and environmentally responsible design and unexpected approaches to the construction process, Tyler sees Mother Nature as history's greatest designer and strives to take cues from the design solutions that she's developed over eons. He believes that the client's satisfaction is the only true way to measure the success of a project, and this commitment is evidenced in the number of repeat clients he has worked for over the years.
From small residential facelifts and open-air structures to complex medical campuses exceeding hundreds of thousands of square feet in size, Tyler is proud to have helped meet a wide spectrum of clients’ needs through his work. Currently, he patiently waits for the opportunity to channel his inner Calvin & Hobbes on a commission for an impenetrable fortified lair.
