We were tasked with adding over 4,000 square feet of additional office space to the existing footprint of the KUAT RACKS home office and warehouse. We were able to create additional space buy utilizing the height of the warehouse volume. A two story ‘box within a box’ approach led to an extended office environment that feels integrated into the original design and features views to the main courtyard entry.
