Weaving together three main elements—Beer, BBQ, and the Glory Days of AM Radio served as the guiding conceptual underpinnings of the design process. It became important to retain elements of the buildings former glory such as the 100 foot tall A.M. tower, sound dampened studio doors, and exposing the many layers of masonry. The restaurant portion is entirely clad in charred white oak, a reference to the barbequing process.
